Hey guys after an ef manual ecu (preferably tickford) for an ef sedan that has been converted to manual. Currently using auto ecu with resistor trick but not running the way I would like it to. Obtained an el manual ecu without realising they have different pins. El ecu is in good working order.

Could do swap.

Cheers Sam...

Just get yourself a J3 chip with a manual tune on it from TI Performance. Plug it in to your EEC and VOILA! You now have a manual Tickford ECU.

I'm sure there's a thread in the ECU and Electronic section with a title along the lines of Tuning Your Car With A J3 Chip. Shouldn't take too much searching.
