I pulled the cluster out of a EF futura and it had the oil pressure and battery parts behind it. could i get a mid series face plate and 2 extra needles and a oil pressure sensor to make it work and will the battery power gauge work without modification?

NO.
You are missing more than just the mechanicals of the cluster.

documents.php?d=14

that page tells all.

Y bother grabing just the face plate, i'd take the hole cluster and upgrade. plus blue led conversion would look good on xr clusters.
