Hi everyone; I am currently buliding up a 302 cleveland, and I was wondering what would be the best manifold to suit?
I will be running forged bottom end (nothing over the top), and a crow cams gtho phase 3 cam.

cheers :D

Yes it can but don't go too big with the carby cause it will just use more fuel without much difference, imo a 350 or 500 two barrell is quite enough on a 302C i had a 302C in an old fairlane with a 350 holley and changed it over to a 600 holley and it went about the same - small increase butit dropped to single figure mpg figures!

Depends, is it a 4V intake or a 2V 4 barrel intake.

Im pretty sure it is a 2v 4 barrel manifold cause when I bought the motor he gave me tha manifold, he said it was a 351 manifold and that it will fit. Not complaining paid $80 for a whole motor :D you gotta love ebay!

the standard ford 4 barrel manifold is a pretty good all round manifold, they are said to be around 10rwkw less than an edelbrock performer manifold if that.
for the carby i would recommend a holley 465 vacuum secondary, they have small venturies and are quite responsive, even when they are used on a mild 351. and when used lightly on the street they wont chew the petrol
the 4 barrel will give the 302 a bit better top end too
