RCA ground on head unit (outer ring of RCA socket) to the head unit chassis (which is ground unless you've stuffed up your wiring). This will bypass the fuse and tell you if that is the cause of your noise.

I moved my rca's when i was doing some other work on the electrics of the EB Ghia. No more noise in the speakers at all. When there is no volume tho, you can hear noise thru the sub, it vibrates, there is interference in my electrical system.
Also, you can sometimes hear it in the climate control fan. I'm going to play with earthing the RCA outs when i have the head unit out again soon, and see what happens. Cheers ToranaGuy
