Hi guys i just want to know if an AU crank and rods will fit in a EF block????? and dose an one know how much you could bore and EF block out????? I was thinking 30thou??? can anyone tell me the clearance between the top of the piston and the valve????

AU crank will not fit an EF block, the main bearing sizes are different.
The EF crank is fully counter weighted anyway, you can fit the later AU rods to the ef crank though and it would need the use of AU pistons. Piston to valve clearance is dependent on deck hight and the cam shaft used. there is no single correct answer |
