Hey guys, I've got a little drama with my AU, I currently have the IRS cradle out, and my RHR mount bolt has snapped. Anyone got any Idea's on how to remove the broken part from the chassis mount? I've tried to drill it, but the bolt is just killing drill bits.

A diamond tip drill bit will do it, but they are bloody expensive. Maybe heat it up with an oxy if its practical to do so without causing any damage?
sorry not much help really, good luck with it.

Use a quality HSS Cobalt drill bit, and don't do it fast ( spinning. ). Apply heaps of pressure and turn the drill slowly. Spinning the bit fast will harden the bolt, and soften the bit.
The bolt will be a 10.9 ( usually ) or 11.9/12.9 ( unlikely ).
