Hey i'm wanting some opinions on either converting my EB to manual or fitting a shift kit and stall converter to the existing auto?
Engine mods in progress but will be: Exhaust inc extractors and hi flow cat Cam Intake Thermos Throttle Body and possibly ECU or J3 Chip Thanks |

why don't you get a stally and fit a BA shifter to it then get the electronics which someone sells on here(i don't know who, someone will though) and then you will have tiptronic. it has been done before and i read somewhere a guy had it done to his 5L and he said he could hold any gear as long as he wanted, he said he could do 100kms in first at i think it was 6000rpm

mmmm not a bad idea, is it worth doin that cost wise or doin shift kit for like $150?
And i'm not sure on effort it would take to do? How hard is it to do? Sounds good though! =) |

ive had an electronic shift kit in my auto el for around 2 months and it made it heaps more fun to drive but in saying that im currently collecting all the bits to stick a manual in it. i used to have a manual eb s pack and it was the fun-est car ive owned.i wish i never sold it to my brother!
