hey guys my power steering is leaking from the metal fiting on the pressure side not threw the tread but from where i have indicated with the red arrow. is there some special seal or something i need or do i need a whole new hose assembly or what? any help wuold be great cheers

You're lucky, mine actually blew apart!

Ford sell replacement nuts with the seal and a small steel o-ring inside for about $15. To salvage yours , you'd need to carefully hacksaw the existing nut off. The alternative is to buy a replace hose assembly.

Should be a plastic washer/Oring that goes between the 2 nuts to force the pipe back and prevent leaks.

cheers mate just ordered one from ford and yeah was 14 bucks or something haha

What is the Ford part number(s) for this? My local Ford dealer is hopeless at finding parts on their computer and it would help if I could just say "order part number xxxx".

Hi It sounds easy but you need to be supper careful
I used a grinder then gave it a tap with a chisel.

Part no is BA 3F656B I got 1 last week 4 the same reason.
