one of my side skirts is drooping , do you use double sided tape or a glue?

most skirts ive removed are sikaflexed (urethane) every 6 inches or so or they use nothing at all,just relying on the screws at each end and underneath. id prefer them stuck down
double sided tape will work for a while but sometimes it lets go when people use the skirts as scuff plates and step on them getting in and out of the car
