Hey Ford lovers,
Would there be annyone out there that can tell me how to fix the roof lining in my AU wagon? It is hanging down from both back corners but is still attached in the middle. {phew...makes it so I can see out the rear...lol} It is also sagging in a few other spots. I know I will have to drop the whole lining to fix it...but I have been told I could just use a hot iron on it to reactivate the glue so to speak. Is this crrect or just codswollup by someone wanting to appear smart. If I do need to drop the whole lining to reglue it, do I just need to remove the rubbers around the doors to drop it. The lining itself is not torn or anything so I don't need a new one. Thanks in advance for your much needed help. By the time I have finished getting all the info I will need from you guys I will have a pearler of an XR wagon. I have a friend that is going to give the big beast a respray....soma glorious colour..the one Mr Ford loved...Quote..."I can have it any colour I like as long as it is black" I love that saying. Later Ford lovers. Bud and Lynn
