I think Scaffy runs a Trickflow top end in his 302. It might be worth checking how it has performed?

Crane 2031 AFR heads 24Lb injectors, 80mm maf, 70mm throttle body can make 218 rwkw ..
With 9 to 1 compression.. A slightly higher converter would help..25 to 2800 would work fine..
Raising compression 9.5 / 10 to 1 would raise power levels, better low rpm throttle response ...

I think for no i might just stick with the tfs1 cam and get it tuned then get arf heads and leave it at that till i work out whats next. At least with that setup itll be honest power and a little fun with 3500 convertor and 3,9 diff gears.

Hi mate, as Vic said I'm running a complete Trick Flow top end kit - the Street Heat/Burner.

For what you are after, I would recommend getting the Track Heat top-end kit. I'm sure you've seen what they come with. With the Street Heat intake (15" runners) I'm making 205rwkw (on 38 degree day) and in my EL the best time I've run NA is 13.1@105. With the Track Heat (12" runners) You should be able to squeeze a bit more out at the top end. Even look at going a bit bigger cam or throw 1.7s on the Trick Flow heads.
