I've got a EF XR6 steering wheel fitted to one of my EF falcons. Is it possible to swap the plastic cover on the back of the wheel from grey to the tan colour?

I'm going to sell the car the steering wheel is currently fitted and thought I should put it in my V8 Fairmont instead but it has a tan interior.
