hey mate, my mech has a xb 4 door , orignal 6 cylinder, comes with v8 conversion, and few other xb parts, has couple of rust spot, but over all very good condition xb, would be good for a restoration and is able to be re resgisterd, he is chasing 2 and half grand

Damn that brings back some memories! I had an XB Ute about 7 years ago. Had XE Fairmont X Flow 250, auto, seats and tiller, lowered and 5 spoke dragways. But sadly the body was beyond repair and the damn thing leaked like a bastard no matter what I did. Went like a cut snake though and actually handled pretty well for an old ute. Ended up becoming a paddock hack.
