E-series exhausts fit an AU with little or no modification, and the AU and BA share the same chassis.
However I think you'll run into some issues with the BA having IRS.

ute exhausts are different to sedans.....ba utes still run live axle so irs isnt the issue
my guess would be it wont fit and to much effort to mod to fit, buy a new exhaust

The rear muffler just after the differential is positioned vertically rather than horizontally like your EB one, unless your EB has a round style rear muffler? I've seen them have both sorts, I guess after market ones will differ a fair bit too. A brand new cat back exhaust is about $350 fitted, I've seen people say they're less in some areas of Australia, that's for a 'sports' exhaust.
