I don't beleive so, I think EA-EL are the same though.

The heater boxes were different on the XD, XD and XF. As I said I'm fairly sure the XF ones were different as they are shaped to fit the X-series firewall.

Well.... XF use EA/B A/C Core, and the XF has the new firewall shape (no Clevo shape) and different heater box.

.. hence my hope they are the same.

I've looked at the XH and E series, and I'm pretty sure they are. Main differences are the demist vents, and the E series can enable screen and foot air, where XH is one or the other. You should be able to adapt the vaccuum actuator to suit or swap it, actuator is on the removable vent from memory.
The vacuum control lines are different, but same from the white vacuum plug to the airbox.
I doubt there's any major differences between XF and XH airbox frames - try 'Ask Papa Smurf' though.
Only other difference is the evaporator temp sensor is different - E series run a wire and bulb, XF/XH is a thin alloy capilliary tube.

Hmmmm.

Checked the part #'s

XF = EA = EB for TX Valve, Evaporator. See - my plan isnt really to change the box - unless it just fits. Im thinking of moving the rest of the LTD harness to the XF.

The XD/E Certainly had Feet/Windscreen mode.

Air would flow to windscreen/feet same time like E series ??
IIRC, evaporators are same through E series, but TX valve differs from ED onwards(R134 refrigerant introduction).

The Eseries vacuum actuator for windscreen/feet has two vaccy lines - tan and yellow from memory. The X series has only the one line - yellow from memory.

If you're referring to the blend door motor above, in the X series, it won't clear the windscreen channel - but you can relocate the BDM and bracket to the airbox front, and run a relay rod to the blend door arm - this is what I did in my XH, this will not foul the X series dash when refitted.

A search will find my XH climate control thread on here (XH with EF/EL climate control with XH dash).

Be a good idea in future in your starting post if you let us know what you're trying to do or achieve - saves us guessing and saves answers trying to provoke a reply.

Having said that though, most threads I've replied to are of this type of format.
