never done a ac belt just wanna know what i have to undo and take off to do this job

undo fan shroud and clutch fan (assuming it's still there). the clutch fan is reverse thread. loosen 24mm nut on P-steer pulley and remove belt. loosen 13mm lock nut on alternator and remove belt. loosen 24mm lock nut on AC belt.
when tightening the belts there should be about 10mm deflection. if it's kept this way it should help to stop that annoying cold start up belt squeal the early E-series had. hope i've helped

sweet thanks ill let ya know tomorrow iv done heaps off fan/power stirring belts and would the belt work around the fan like the other belts do

i just take the fan off. easier. get's it out of the way. i ended up buying the right sized spanner. before hand i was using a shifter and a screw driver to stop it spinning lol
