Hi Guys,

I have just finished putting my car (03 BA ute) back together after installing a new torque converter, and now i cant start the damn thing. i have checked and swapped relays, and fuses, and still no dice.

It wont even crank, just the click of the relays. I cant hear the fuel pump either.

The first time i went to start it, the display showed what gear i was in, which was wrong due to me putting the gear select cable on the inhibitor incorrectly. that has been fixed up now, and is in the correct position, but now the display shows no gear in screen.

another thing, when keyed to "on" the engine light stays on, is that normal.

Have i fried my ECU?
