I have read some posts that say E series actuators can be added onto the existing smartlock system of the xg along with the keyfobs. I have dismantled a written off EBII Fairmont to use for mod and to use as a guide but the smartlock modules are different, the xg module is much smaller. I Have also looked at an ED falcon and the smartlock module is the same as the fairmont.

I have a wiring diagram for both modules but it doesn't say what the pins are that arn't connected.

I was wondering if the EBII Falcon module is the same as the xg and if anyone has actually used the existing xg smartlock to setup remote central locking.
