Please include price for postage if not in Bris.
Thanks in advance

I have a std one...

But guessing by the way you've written this a speed sensitive one is different to a normal one? :?

I've been told that the spline on the speed sensitive rack is fine and the normal rack is a***. If this is the case, then I need one with the fine spline. Hope this makes sence. Matt

OK...

Well I have an ED and it is a massive spline and only halfway around the circle is splined so thus creates a massive master spline...

The EF/EL one I was going to try to use is a fine spline one... Only has a narrow master spline (2 or 3 of the splines "joined" together...

I can get a pick of in the end of it if you want to compare...

I have no use for it as I was going to use it to adapt the EL column into my ED but there was noway in hell it would ever mate with the ED rack...

Cheers,
Tim

Hi Tim. The one that you have sounds like the one I need. Can you give me a price including postage to Qld 4018 please? As soon as you have given me a price, I will get details off you for payment. Thanks again.
Matt

Yep will do... Working tomorrow morning... I'll get back you mid arvo tomorrow, I'll measure it, weigh it and work it out, do you need the top swivel too (bolts to column end and to intermediate shaft)? The bottom swivel is part of the intermediate shaft...

I'll also post up a pic and you can double check, no good sending it 1000k's north if it s no good to you...

Talk to you then...

Cheers,
Tim

Hi Matt,

Sorry mate forgot this arvo and only just checked my emails... I've found it in my spare parts from my last mod and I'll get that pic to you tomorrow morn... Start my second job at 7 so no time left now...

Did you need the universal that unbolts from both the column and the intermediate shaft (links the two when installed) as I have this loose too... All is in good nic, uni's swing freely and are not stiff...

Its just whether you need both joints or not as they are fairly solid they are where the weight comes into it for a postage price...

Cheers mate, Chat tomorrow,
Tim
