Ive enjoyed all my boosted cars but thinking back I should have bought a house instead.

Not as fun but worth it in the long run.

fun wise? definatly worth it!!

i questioned my self a few times wether it was worth it or not before i went supercharged,
because the cost of supercharging my car was 5 time the cost of the car.
its money you will never get back.. but if you go about it right, to get the value for money spent the supercharger can be used on different cars..
if i ever sell the ed or it gets to rough and gets wrecked, the kit can be removed and fitted to something else, wether its a ford, holdung or jap it can easily be re fitted with just a new bracket and a bit of pipework..

Troyman, that's a good way to look at it.

Forced induction is addictive, that's for sure. After driving my g/f's turbo telstar, I remember what it is like to drive a boosted car, and i really want want my own. I'm building a turbo mighty boy, and my torana is turbocharged as well, when it get's back in the road lol.

Was it worth it - my g/f loves her turbo telstar, she says the price premium for it over a non turbo was worth it. Last time i drove my torana, it had a 45 DCOE weber feeding the turbo and hell yeah, it was worth it. Expensive on petrol but man, the grin from ear to ear was worth it.

Cheers

ToranaGuy

As Long as you don't change ya mind half way through..
Don't sell it or at least keep it long enough to recoup some of the money spent on it & enjoy..
Right there Dan ??? Lol... Oh and don't kill it when finished!!! Blow some cobwebs out, but not the spiders...Aha...

The fact u're asking the question pretty much answers it. If u're not a true rev head the answer is simple. No.
If the mere thought makes u tremble and puts u into a state of exitement (much like being a child at christmas) then definately yes. Remember forced induction has the inherent cause of premeture companent failure, if u can't handle it, it can get very expensive.
