my thermatic switch has finally arrived off ebay :D and its all connected up but the top radiator hose is leaking around the cappilary line.

no rubber seat/sealer come with it so whats going to be the best way of sealing it up and yes i have the hose clamp tightened up but still it leaks and hisses LOL

i would just use the black gasket silicone, and pull the top hose off smear the silicone over the cappilery and a bit of the radiator outlet push the hose on and re clamp it!!
