the box is coming up on a 153,000km's

and is starting to shift very rough when hot. dropped the ATF once already and replaced with redline quality stuff. no metal fragments etc in the tray. filter cleanish for a 97.

wheres a good place to get a quality service done in PERTH NOR. front servo, flush etc?

and id say the S5 is gone. but witches have been telling me you can replace it with a commodore equivilant. VR FORCE MOTOR.

I paid $150 for mine. Make sure you get a complete oil change with the service. Some places just drain the trans. with the pan and only replace what comes out when the pan is dropped.

its shifting really rough.

its goes in tomorrow to have either the exstension housing replaced...or the bush.

hopefully its only the bush.

i think the S5 might of gone. as its a harsh upshift from 1-2 when hot.

and a rev spike from 3-4 when hot.

1-2 being the worst. which i think is controlled by the S5??

anyone clarify this.

gets inspected tomorrow anyway.

just dont really want to get ripped of thats all.
