Hey all, I have a problem with my left front wheel bearings i have replaced the set for the third time to still find the same whirring , vibration through steering wheel and foot pedals, rest . This problem has only occured recently. I,ve replaced all bushes in the front end and tie rod ends. The steering rack is getting a bit poor and due for replacement however the sound is only rotational and sure it's the wheel bearings. I recently fitted DBA cross drilled and slotted rotors new pads and overhaul the calipers. Is it a possibility that the internal structure of the rotor is warped or that the stub axle is slightly bent and would road affects of my 19inch tyres come into play although i had no previous problems with the standard rotors.
So can anyone shed some light cause this is getting f**k annoying Much appreciated Matt |

jack the car up and spin the wheel, u should hear something if its bearings again.
are u setting them up right, sounds like they may be too tight and damaging them. im guessing u are replacing the cups in the disc each time? u havent given many details of what exactly u have done. |

you say you have replaced the wheel bearings, have you replaced the cones in the rotor?
