Hey guys,
Quick one, what plugs and leads should I be using in the EF in a forced induction setup? At the moment i still think they are the bog stock plugs and leads. So i will be upgrading them in a couple of weeks to something more suitable. Cheers, Nic |

Oh and also I'm considering replacing the coil pack as well while I am in there (i will have the inlet manifold out).
What is the best option for replacement of them? Go to fraud or repco? The system won't be huge boost (7 or so PSI) so i doubt i need anything too exotic. Just figure its worth asking too. Cheers |

LPG heat range plugs.. Gapped at .8 mm
New or latter model coil packs .. May have to change plug fitting tho... Check e bay ?? For new coils..

Okay cool, thanks.
Is, in your opinion, any particular brand of plug any better than any other? Probly end up going with an NGK of some description. |

Yep mormal NGK's I find the platnum plugs can glow and have issues with detonation..
The higher the number on NGK's the colder the plug... M&W would be my choice of coils... I think the next step UP with DIS system is to fit an ignition box.. Over $1k for most of them.. I see EMS have them out now.. http://www.fuel-injection.com/ECU_Speci ... ochure.pdf

hey man, just thought i should give some feedback.
ended up with the ngk plugs and gapped them to 0.8mm. found that the lpg and petrol plugs were the same part number, so went one step colder. cheers, nic |
