I am pretty sure this has been covered just didn't search as I now it depends. I have a 2000 AUII and the pipe that bolts into the back of the P/S pump leaks slighly onto the alternator. I think that I have read in benj's thread regarding fixing it.
any ideas or procedures

Or you could do what i did, go to a fitting place like Earls/Enzed/Pirtek and get a custom hose made. It replaces the factory bolt/plug combo with a decent fitting. Cost me 130 from Earls. I replaced the whole hose from the rack to the pump on the HP side.
Cheers Brett

From Memory the hose is sealed by a small o'ring, its a common leak and easy to repair,,, we normally go a slightly thicker o'ring to take some up some of the crush in the pipe if its been over tightened

I replaced the O ring that gets ends up in the pump and still small leak. I spoke to a specialist today and he said that he can make a line that pisses the swivel off and just a simple straight pipe for 70 bucks. I think I will go this route before putting new alternator in
