hey all..in my garage i have the head and cam from my old ef and was just wondering if it would be worthwhile getting a regrind done on the cam? and if i could get any work done on the head how much roughly would it cost and what kinda gains would i be looking at from these 2?

i also dont know much about cams so hearing your experiences would be good

Profeesionally done head...maybe $1,000 or more.....cam...depends on the grind, then you need valve springs to with it.
