Ive just bought myself a nice canopy for the ute and was wondering how to remove the rear cabin window??

You normally leave it in! Canopy may not be water tight.

A sliding rear window for an XH would have to be custom made and then you would loose the demister.
Generally the rear window of the cab stays in when a canopy is fitted.
