Setting my EF XR6 up for AU offset. I can pick up a non ABS AU diff at the right price, will my ABS EF brakes fit. I have read somewhere that there might be differences in the backing plates.

i beleive you will need au abs backing plates and au abs axles..
and ive heard that the ef brakes wont mount the the au diff.. terroristghia put an au diff into his ef and apparently the ef brakes wouldnt mount to the au housing... so that would mean a complete au rear brake conversion aswell.. |

So to make it easy I will be looking for a complete ABS AU diff. Shame, this non ABS AU diff is quite cheap, Thanks man.
