don't give bad advice. You can't even get capacities correct, let alone fluids. For the diff, you need 1.9L Of Castrol LSX90, for the Auto, minimum of 4L of TQ95. Do NOT under any circumstance use Dextron 3 in a BTR Auto. For the motor, use a 10w 40 or 10w 50 oil. You will need 5 litres.

TransmaxZ is the best stuff, but DEX3 Auto fluid is fine. They take a bit under 2L IIRC. 15w40 should be fine for the motor.

If you got the $$$, Castrol SAF/X is the better oil for the diff. Fully synthetic, but its a bit more than twice the price per litre of its lesser quality cousins.

OK.
Dex 3=firmer shift
95LE=mushy shift

dex3 works fine in most ford auto except the new 6 speed items.
&
2.5ltr diff is a rough in indication, lets be perfect n in a perfect autobarn they sell 1.9ltr bottle of diff oil, n brand of oil is user preference.
Sorry Ford Master technican... psst

Even Castrol have pages on their site explaining why not to use Dex 3 in the BTR's. Dex 3 has issues maintaining quality as the heat rises, because the BTR's run at a high temp. It will work, but to the overall detriment of the auto.

And FFS, the diff holds 1.65L. Precisely that qty if the car is on a level surface and filled till it levels out with the filling hole.

2.5L is 3x1L bottles, 1.9L is only 2x bottles. DEX3 is a sure fire way to kill a BTR.
