Gday guys, Ive got the opportunity to grab a very cheap 3.27 open centre diff for my EB. Ive been told they are a one-off centre, so I wont be able to change diff gears or fit an LSD from anything other than a 3.27 LSD diff.
Is this correct? I thought all BorgWarners were interchangable? Help would be great!

I have fitted 3.27 gears into an XD ute diff that was 2.92 using the original LSD centre...no probs.
Even fitted 3.27 gears into a 3.08 diff too......you won't have any probs.

It's only 2.55 & 2.77 that are different. The rest are all the same carrier. Regards TPVM.
