Ok so i didnt know where to put this but i figured this is the right spot. I have a 1976 F100 that im putting a mildly worked 390FE big block into. As always it seems as though there is something off, can anyone share any pearls of wisdom which is the best way to line the transmission (FMX) up with the diff? I was going to make the mounting point for the trans in the middle of the truck using the chassis rail as guide. Although it looks slightly off, or am i just being paranoid?

Thanks in advance

Middle works for me. The diff housing's offset may be why it looks odd.Regards TPVM.
