So i've found some new love for my car, and was hoping to be able to install something similar to below:

Now i can see the limitations/issues that are ahead for me... but i was wondering, has anyone replaced the s**t little green screen in their BA, with an inbuilt DVD/GPS unit, and still be able to maintain all the comfort things like AC and heating and quite possibly steering wheel volume controls.

I know its a long shot, but it would be cool!

With newer headunits (such as the link you posted) these days you can *SOMETIMES* buy a cable that connects your headunit to the original controls on your steering wheel. its more of an adaptor. Have a hunt around. As for replacing the original LCD in the car, i'm not too sure on this
