hey all, so i searched and couldnt find anything. but anyway,
my ed's hand brake cable has frayed near the hand brake its self, and all the way down to under the car where it comes out. the parts after the spilter through to the rear brakes them selves are fine, just the front half is rooted.

can anyone give me advice of where i can get a new or second hand cable from? does ford or bursons sell them?
id go to a wreckers but id rather a new part that i knows going to last.

You can buy the front part you are referring to from a Ford Dealer. Part number is EAB 2853 A and costs $40.50.

ahh awsome, i wasnt sure if they still sold them or not, will be calling up and ordering one tomorrow
