Front's mostly yes, backs no.

EF/EL's have longer wheel studs, so you'd have to swap them over. But if the EB rotor is for an ABS car, I dont think you can easily get the studs out.

Also don't forget, if the EF/EL has ABS, then you will need to get rotors with the tone wheel on the back.
