I had this problem for the longest time. I have a slightly warped RHF Rotor. It was pushing on the brake caliper at it's biggest offset point. Normally this shouldnt matter, but the caliper runners were bone dry of grease and squeaked when the caliper moved. This is on an EF XR8.

Took the calipers off, pulled the runner shafts out of the mounts, cleaned and greased them. Squeak is now gone :)

once you tried the rotor and brake caliper and if it doesnt fix it try swapping the wheel rim from one side to the other, a slightly warped rim and make your axle move slightly in turn your rotor will move slightly and this can also cause a squeak...just an idea

Had a squeak in an EL we got back after some low life had stolen it. Turned out they had gutter slapped it & bent the axle. Also took the stereo, EL GT wheels & rear wing. Got it back with stockies
on it. Regards TPVM.

Yea. Quit it with the font.
Cars squeak.
Its just that easy. So many moving parts. Metal on metal. Rubber on rubber.
Wd40 isn't gonna fix it if it can get wet and rub off.
I say unless its causing problems, get used to it.
