What suspension do you have in it?
how wide are the rims and tyres?
offset of rims?
chances are you can get away with it, may need to get the lips rolled.

Hmmmm.... Those tyres are kinda on the large side. A 235/30 would be spot on for total diameter (wouldnt stuff your speedo up, and fit in the guards better), 245/30s would also work.
245/35s are 5% bigger, 32mm. Doesnt sound like much, but with superlows I'd definitely get your guards rolled to be safe, I'd say they'd catch.
Also your speedo will be 5% slow, so if its reading 100, you'll be doing 105kmhr.

Also depending on the manufacturer, the case of the tyre may be to wide and hit the upper ball joint.

Example. I run 245/40/18's on my car front and back, The Falkens clear the upper ball joint. (just,)
On the rear I run same size but Good year eagle f1 GSD3's. they cannot go on the front. the case is just a touch larger and fouls on the upper ball joint.

Same size shoe, physically different size.

Yeh, that and the offset of the rim can play a part with that issue. Theres a few tyres that dont actually have the footprint they claim to.

Well if you dont know the offset then you'll have to test fit them. They will be f**k close unless you've got a 0 offset.... But you can actually grind back the top of the arm a bit.

How is it going to hit the struts????.....will hit upper b/j or stub axle assembly first.
A 235/60R15 on a stock Ford mag ( 7" x 15" ) will rub the the upper b/j on hard cornering.
