My AU series 1 with tickford gas
When i start cold it idles roughly for about 2 minutes then runs ok Already done Coil, plugs, leads and new head gasket anybody got any suggestions |

Maybe its duel fueling (running on both). I don't know if its possible on a tickford system, however I had a similar problem on a aftermarket setup where it was suppose to start on Petrol then switch to gas. What it was doing was trying to run on both then switch to gas only. It ran like a pig until it changed over. I ended up getting rid of the fuel start.

I'm pretty sure Tickford systems start on petrol then switch over to LPG after a bit, so it could be just a problem with the petrol side of things. Possibly half clogged injectors which is pretty much the norm for cars on gas.

u mean u have changed the coil pack?
also could be the fact that the engine is cold and the 2 mins were it is runnign rough it warms up
