what do u think about a Multi-layered Steel Gaskets would they be any good been looking at them on ACL race series cheers

They are great. Look at cometic gaskets in favour of ACL. I've heard of issues with MLS gaskets if both the mating surfaces aren't completely flat and true.

i havnt been able to find an ef head gasket even through autobarn and repco ive been told about au ones are they the same or a bit diffrant and u said to try and stay away from ACL but there the only ones i can find for an ef
