OK guys Ive have my au for a while now and im a little over not having an lsd nor IRS.... there's is a lot of complete IRS with 3.45 lsd i can get my hands on but my question is would it all just bolt straight up to my au????

No

It's not that hard to covert your car to IRS if your mechanically minded and have access to a welder.
You need to remove the watts link mounting points and replace it with the IRS panel.
You need to fit the pins that the IRS cradle bolts into the chassis rails.
and change you brake lines.

I fitted the AU IRS into my EL, here's the link to my build thread. Thers's alot of pictures so let it load first, IRS conversion starts about halfway down.

The IRS LSD hemisphere and gears will fit your standardlive axle diff too!!
