need help guys? anyone?
i have a similar problem to the ba system
i have got my fuel pump and engine noise going thru my back speakers, its a high pitched noise and goes up and down with the revs..
ive got my RCA's on the passenger side with my trigger wire, and on the drivers side is the power cable for the amp

now someone told me theres a little capacitor on the coil but weve tested that many times,i think its just for the radio?

im not sure weve tried everything,i also hooked the amp up on a seperate battery outside the car and it never made that noise.
so im not sure what the f**k wrong with it,if anyone could help me id greatly appreciate it?

cheers guy

so its basically the same principle as a sound compressor that links between you amp and your power cable?

80% of the time engine noise is found when there is a power wire of any sort near the rca's or speaker wire, and if you have a bad ground! what have you grounded to?

i have the earth bolted to the rear seat bolt and the power wire that came with the rca's is joined to the rca's but i have run a seperate one but its also running down the same side so it may be that?

my head unit is a pioneer, part number DEH-P6050UB

Try a new ground to bare metal.
Being a pioneer a common problem is blowing the little internal fuse by connecting RCA's while the head unit is turned on.
If this is the case it will need to be sent away for repairs or you can ground the RCA's at the rear of the head unit.
Not a perfect fix but it does the job if you dont want to send it away.
