Hey guys doing a minor service on my ef 6cyl. Just hit 280000 kms, gets a fairly hard time and does use a bit of oil but bugger all due to valve seals starting to go I beleive. Did I get an appropriate oil?

Penrite HPR 30 (20w-60)

Yeh more than likely the right weights, but I dont like Penrite oils.
