na.. i dont know the brand sorry.. they would have originally had a fake spoked outer making them look like pimpin spoked rims.. |

Use to see them 15-20 years ago, and even then they had been around for ever, we called them "poor man's Centerlines".

Yep, that's them....used to have pop off fake spokes.....Cheviot??? CSA???....something like that. Another popular wheel back then were "Strikers", in chrome or gold centres.
