The most common is using gas research throttle bodies and 2 impco B2 converters with a gas research spring kit.

Its pretty simple. The only tricky part is putting a balance line into the cooler piping so the converters increase their flow on boost.

I usually cut the end off a bit of half inch tube on an angle so its like a scoop and stick that in the piping.

yeah i heard something about 1/2 inch pipe on a 45 degree angle.

Just rang impco and have been reccomended an E converter with a 425 mixer. This convertes has a boost reference im told.

some impco's don't like the sudden change of coming off boost, so if you do run one, make sure you run a BOV aswell.

but as dan said, the balance line is the key component to making it work.

Hi There,

Yeah I have done it. A couple of times lol.

there should be a build thread somewhere on AFF.

Started in 2005 or 2006, finished in 2007. Been driving it since, has 222rwkw.

Used a Landi Renzo SECSIC81SM+P converter - good for 300 fwhp N/A and ??? forced.

Geoff from SNORT helped me to set up the balance pipe well, migged in a 1/2 - 3/4 inch pipe at 45 degree. see pic below.
