Yeah the aerial will have the same problem as economy and look out of place because of the angle, I was using one or a while, Funnily enough I must've had a dodgy wiper switch, because I was initially using one, haha. but then it seemed to fail and I work out they were meant to work that way.

I got the s**t in the end and put 2 small round switches in the center console, looks reasonably clean that way, and gave me the extra button I was after now aswell.

You could keep your eye out for a bezel with an LPG/petrol switch built in (aftermarket LPG installs) - I see them from time to time at pick a part wreckers.
They will have an LED array for fuel level - what you can do is earth the fuel level line on low boost, open circuit it on high boost (use a relay), this means you'll have all LEDS light up on high, and not on low. You could blank the LPG/petrol captions and letraset 'HIGH' and 'LOW' so it looks in place.
I do have a grey one - has demist switch and LPG select in the middle - you'll need to cut a hole for the antenna switch and spray it cappa.

I suppose you could use a column shift auto Economy switch (the caption could be a pisstake for boost). Those switches are pretty much the same as the power antenna switch - caption is different of course, pinouts rearranged different on the back.
You could use the foglight caption in the cluster to come on for high boost.
You'll then need the bezel (fairmont wagon/GLI column shift), or make it (I made mine).
The plug won't be present in the wiring harness, so you'll need to wire it all up (not hard).
I think the switch will look okay in the middle - I don't think it's angle should look too far out of place.

instead of starting a new thread, i thought id ask here..

i just got an in dash 'Economy' switch, and have a 3 hole bezel, what i dont have though is the plug or loom for the switch.

so what i want to do with the switch is use it for a petrol/lpg switch. it is possible?

i already have a petrol/lpg switch, but its on the auto shifter surround, and i want to move it.

does anyone have a pin out for the switch? or maybe ill just go down the trial and error route..
