Hmmm so 96da-12a650-ja while giving more aggressive timing does not support the 300kpa reg correct?

What catch code is on the ECU? As long as the ECU is from either an XR6 or a Fairmont Ghia with the tickford engine, it will support the 300kpa fuel reg..

if the ecu catch code is 6dja? (el fairmont ghia) then it will support the 300kpa fuel reg..
you can still use the std fuel reg on that ecu, it will just run a tad leaner then it will with the 300kpa reg...
