i was just under my car and noticed that the front left swaybar/stabilizer bar stud is bent. should i be worried?
is this an off the shelf item or can i just grab a secondhand one? if you're wondering what im talking about, its the short stud between the swaybar and the lower control arm. |

The one conecting the stabalizer bar to the lower control arm?
Stud with rubber bushes top and bottom. Dunno what itd do if it was bent. But grab another and some new bushes. Easy to replace. Think you just need 2 14mm spanners and a 12mm. Loosen off the stabalizer bar with the 12, 2 closest nuts will do. Then undo the top and bottom nuts on the stud. Remove top and bottom rubber and washer, then you can get it out.I had to push my bar fairly hard up to get it out. But the new stud was 5mm shorter to easier to get in. Good luck |

Good luck EB and EF are very different in sizes. I had EF ones on my EA, as they are a lot bigger....less flex. I can't remember the sizes......just that EF were a lot bigger.

Unfortunately, I have these things here, but are packed away atm, but I would take pics to show you. I'm waiting for the damn house builder to pull his f%$#&@ finger out.....been waiting 8 months so far, and only got a soil test done today......the bank is wondering whats going on too.....
