Hi guys

Just looking for prices to get some side skirts from an au3 to be painted. I can fit them just need paint. I think its the siulouette color "black" prefer someone local in geelong or even melb eg werribee, hoppers, caroline springs etc.

Let me no some prices btw there red/burgandy atm so will need to be stripped im guessing

Had a price of 250 from a panel shop just trying to get a better price

Steve

To be honest, 250 not bad at all for a pair of skirt, be wary, not to aim to cheap, as panel shops are far from equal, I got a real cheap Quote for something once, I didn't realize they weren't going to think about what they were doing.
That was 75 for a bumperette off a jeep, so basically 3 sided box, bout half a foot in length.

there is a bloke out in moolap next door to portside wreckers, i just got half a car done by him for $750 so a pair of sideskirts would probably only run you up $150

i doubt they will be stripping them for that price
a normal panel, eg guard or door costs around $175 to paint in solid colour and polish plus any repairs
a metallic panel costs $275+ plus repairs
they will just scuff it back, rub out any chips, then hifill prime and paint

$250 sounds around the mark, remember u get what u pay for
pay peanuts and u'll get a monkey doing the job...

To be honest im not really fussed if they dont fully strip them as its only the daily wagon id do it myself with pressure pack but probably stuff it up
