Look on Ebay.. there are loads of LED kits... I used the ones with 6LED's per T10 socket and it worked great. (they all point in different directions)

Controlled from a pc, could be easily controlled from a micro. Anything is possible.

Wow, fellas. A bit of hating on an enthusiatic teen with big ideas in his head. Cmon! We all used to be like that at one stage.
But now this thread is gettin somwhere...
The first time a sat in a sweet black, brand new, all leather, BA XR6 (after the initial absorption seconds) a pointed out how cool the dash was and I wanted to put one in my car (an XF at the time) and have always had the idea in my mind as time passed and the conversions started (avid street fords reader too) I loved the blue XD with the full BA interior, and when I saw a few EA-ED's with the DOHC and clusters in the standard dash I WANT IT!!

And this I what I'm talkin about. Good pics dude!

I'd try the stock housing idea with an ed dash with the speedo and tacho,
Fill the correct colours and print onto the plastic,
Customize some silver rings to go around the tachometer and speedo,
Fit a nice bright LED kit,
And VOILA! A EA-ED "BA spec" dash conversion!
I'd even pay for a good pro job on one too.
