im installing a leather interior from a 2000 model au into a 98 au. Im just wondering do i need to change the computers over so i can use the power windows etc?

I did a change on my AUI XR6 from manual front windows to Pwr ones and the process was a long one. The wiring harnesses between AUI and AUII/III are different and you would need to change harness and also, you will need an AUI BCM hi series, believe me, a LOT of hassle.

I may be able to help you out with the wiring harness's out of a series 1 if your real keen, it was an xr6 with an olive bem, although, 1 guyed, grabbed, reckoned, it didn't work for him, but nor did the 3rd one he tied.
