yes it will go in and work but you will warning lights on which need to be turned off with a test tool.
If you check http://ford.degabrielle.com.au these guys can get it all set for you.

a dash or an istrument cluster? all the ba dashs are the same. the instrument cluster may need the traction control light turning off, which is pretty easy to do.

Your ICC is still Green, The XR ICC is also Blue.

Unless you change them together. :wink:

if your going to change the cluster and icc, go for fpv cluster. looks alot better imo
